Prepay and policy: the pros and cons

Intelligent Utility writer Phil Carson considers prepaid energy service by the electric utility industry. Because utilities see many attractive advantages to [prepaid energy], it’s well worth examining. It could and perhaps should be another customer option that provides benefit to the utility as well.
